      To be exact, at least we dispatched part of your order correctly… but, it was our mistake that we sent all items in IGET 600 puffs although you ordered a lot in 1800 puffs. We have just posted out the correct 1800 puffs items to you with the tracking number in your email. We had no reason for sending more expensive items, unless it was a mistake in preparing your order…

      When you received the correct items, could you spare a minute and confirm it here?

      1. In the process of placing an order the total amount is $48.94 but it won’t let me proceed because the minimum for placing order is $49. Anyway we can fix this thank

          We set that limit to have people buy a 3 pack IGET 600 or multiple single vapes.
          That is our current policy and you get 10% off if you buy 3 items.

      2. Hi I ordered 3 boxes of IGET XXL and only 1 box says it has 5% salt Nic on it the other two passionfruit mango and grape hasn’t got 5% Nic salt on it does that mean they have zero nicotine in them?

      Thanks for the comment. We have dispatched all today’s parcels this afternoon, including yours and other standard and express ones. We process all orders within 24 hours.

      The post or courier company will process your parcel tomorrow.
      Sometimes the standard parcels will only have a tracking record on delivery. I have just checked other standard tracking number in the same batch as yours. They don’t have tracking records update either. Most likely you will see an update tomorrow afternoon.

Had a slight issue with mh order, one of the three IGET 1800 PUFFS didn’t have that confirmation sticker on the box and only had flavour for one hit, I don’t know if it was missing the sticker and it’s just coincidental or not but my other 2 were fine and I’ve been very pleased with all past orders, I couldn’t find an email for the site so I thought I’d post here if you can help?

      Please just reply to the order confirmation email with this problem.
      The new batch has the sticker but the old ones don’t.

    I have noticed with my most recent order of IGET xxl and IGET 600 Pffs that the ingredients don’t list salt nicotine any more, does this mean that they don’t actually have a nicotine content in them?

      Thanks for your order. In weekdays we normally dispatch within a few hours. But on weekends, since the post and courier companies don’t work, we dispatch once once. I will process your order now, but there won’t be a tracking update until tomorrow about 4PM. I believe you have received an automatic email giving similar notice to you. But let me finish my beer and chips first. It’s weekend mate.

  5. I purchased a bulk order of the iGET xxl and one of the passionfruit and mangon flavour was faulty and no puffs came out of it. Can you please send a replacement

      If paid by PayPal there will be 10% or more cost increase. Especially for bulk we don’t have much margin. You can try us with some smaller order.
